Palestinians have started to use a crane mounted on a truck to lift cars over Israeli blockades, in an inventive new way to bypass numerous Israeli-imposed obstacles to restrict Palestinian movement in the southern occupied West Bank district of Hebron, Israeli media reported. ..The entire district of Hebron has remained under an Israeli military blockade for nearly three weeks following a series of attacks on Israelis by Hebron district residents, while Israeli authorities additionally revoked Israeli permits for thousands of Palestinians dependent on entering Israel for work. ..
